Pindolol falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Rehmannia interacts with.

Theoretically, rehmannia might increase the risk of hypotension when taken with antihypertensive drugs.
Animal research shows that rehmannia may have hypotensive effects. Laboratory research shows that formulations of dried and processed rehmannia root inhibit angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE).

Here's the basic idea with pindolol and rehmannia. Pindolol is a beta blocker that already lowers your blood pressure and slows your heart rate. In animal and lab studies, rehmannia seemed to have its own blood-pressure-lowering activity (it may even act a bit like an ACE inhibitor). So the worry is that the two together could push your blood pressure too low.

If that happened, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, tired, or faint when you stand up. Keep in mind this is only a theoretical concern from lab and animal research, not proven in people, so I wouldn't panic. Still, please don't start or stop anything on your own. Check with your pharmacist or doctor first, and if you do try it, watch your blood pressure closely.
