Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Cablivi
Cablivi falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Reishi Mushroom interacts with.
A dose of 1.5 grams daily of reishi mushroom does not seem to decrease platelet aggregation, but a higher dose of 3 grams daily does.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the thing to keep in mind: Cablivi already raises your bleeding risk on its own, since it works by blocking a clotting factor (von Willebrand factor) to stop the dangerous clots seen in aTTP. Reishi mushroom, at higher doses, may also nudge your blood toward bleeding a bit more easily. Stacking the two could, in theory, add up.
I want to be honest about the evidence here, though. This concern comes mainly from lab and animal studies, and a smaller reishi dose (around 1.5 grams a day) didn't seem to affect platelets, while a larger 3 gram dose might. So it's a possible, not proven, worry. Watch for easy bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding gums, and please check with your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.

Reishi is a traditional Asian mushroom widely used to support the immune system and overall wellness. Brand name: Cablivi
-
Caplacizumab-yhdp injection is used to treat acquired thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (aTTP; a disorder in which the body attacks itself and causes clots, low amounts of platelets and red blood cells, and could cause other serious complications) in combination with plasma exchange therapy and immunosuppressant medications.
