Flurbiprofen falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Sesame interacts with.

Theoretically, sesame might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2C9 substrates.
In vitro, sesame inhibits CYP2C9. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the simple version. Your body clears flurbiprofen mainly through a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. In test-tube studies, sesame appears to slow that same enzyme down. If that were to happen in real life, flurbiprofen could clear out a little more slowly and build up, which in theory could mean stronger effects and a higher chance of typical NSAID side effects like stomach upset, heartburn, an ulcer or bleeding, fluid retention, or raised blood pressure.

The important thing is that this has only been seen in lab studies, not in actual people, so the real risk is likely small. Normal cooking amounts of sesame in food are very unlikely to matter. If you regularly take concentrated sesame supplements, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on things.

Flurbiprofen tablets (sold as Flurbiprofen and Lurbiro) are used to relieve the pain, swelling, and stiffness of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.

Flurbiprofen Sodium eye drops are a separate product used during eye surgery — specifically to keep the pupil from constricting (getting smaller) while the procedure is underway. This use applies only to the ophthalmic (eye drop) form.
