Morphine Sulfate falls under P-GLYCOPROTEIN SUBSTRATES — the group Sesame interacts with.

Theoretically, sesame might alter the transport of P-glycoprotein substrates.
In vitro research suggests that sesamin, a constituent of sesame, can inhibit the multi-drug transporter protein, P-glycoprotein. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist with morphine and sesame. Morphine gets shuttled around the body partly by a transporter pump called P-glycoprotein. In lab dishes, a sesame compound called sesamin appears to slow that pump down a bit. If that happened in real life, a little more morphine could hang around, which in theory might nudge up its effects like drowsiness, constipation, nausea, or slowed breathing.

That said, I want to keep this in perspective. This is rated a minor interaction, and it has only been seen in test tubes, never in actual people. The amount of sesame in your meals (a sprinkle of seeds or a splash of sesame oil) is very unlikely to matter. If you're taking concentrated sesame supplements, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on things.

Morphine is used to manage acute (short-term) and chronic (long-term) pain that is severe enough to need an opioid and that hasn't been adequately treated by other options. The higher-concentration liquid form is reserved for adults who are already opioid-tolerant — meaning their body is used to opioid medications.

Because of real risks of addiction, misuse, and overdose, morphine is only prescribed when other pain treatments have not worked or are not expected to work. It is not intended for long-term use unless the pain continues to be severe and no alternatives are suitable.
