Alogliptin, Metformin falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Shilajit interacts with.

Taking shilajit with antidiabetes drugs might increase the risk of hypoglycemia.
Most human and animal research shows that shilajit can decrease fasting plasma glucose levels. In an animal model, shilajit 100 mg per kg daily enhanced the glucose-lowering ability of both glibenclamide and metformin when given in combination over a 4 week period. Monitor blood glucose levels closely. Dose adjustments might be necessary.

Here's the simple version: Kazano combines two diabetes medicines, alogliptin and metformin, that both work to bring your blood sugar down. Shilajit appears to lower blood sugar on its own, so stacking it on top of Kazano could push your numbers a little too low. That's hypoglycemia, and it can leave you feeling shaky, sweaty, dizzy, irritable, or suddenly very hungry.

Now, the honest caveat: this concern comes mostly from animal and lab studies, not solid human trials, so we don't know exactly how strong it is in real life. Still, it's worth respecting. If you want to try shilajit, check your blood sugar more often at first and loop in your pharmacist or doctor before starting. Please don't change your Kazano dose on your own.
