Here's the gist: your Zituvimet combines sitagliptin and metformin, two medicines that work together to lower your blood sugar. Solomon's Seal, at least in lab and animal work, may have some blood-sugar-lowering activity of its own. If you take both, the concern is that they could add up and push your glucose too low. That might show up as shakiness, sweating, dizziness, a racing heart, or feeling confused or unusually hungry.

I want to be honest that this is a theoretical worry based on how the herb behaves in studies, not proven in people, so it's more of a heads-up than an alarm. If you'd like to try Solomon's Seal, keep a closer eye on your glucose readings for a while and check in with your pharmacist or doctor first.
