Here's the simple version: Sotagliflozin (Inpefa) is a medicine that lowers your blood sugar. Solomon's Seal, at least on paper, might also nudge blood sugar downward. If you use them together, the concern is that your sugar could dip a little lower than expected, which can leave you feeling shaky, sweaty, dizzy, or foggy.

I want to be honest about how solid this is. This warning is theoretical, based on how the herb's compounds behave in lab and animal studies, not proven in people. Solomon's Seal doesn't block or speed up how your body clears this drug. So this isn't a reason to panic. Just keep an eye on your glucose readings, and check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding the herb.
