Here's the gist with this combo: St. John's wort acts like a speed-up signal for certain liver enzymes, including one called CYP1A2 that helps process the chlorzoxazone (the muscle relaxant) part of this pill. By revving up that enzyme, the herb may clear the medicine out of your body a bit faster, which can leave you with a weaker effect. In plain terms, your muscle stiffness or spasm might not ease up as well as you'd expect.

The good news is this particular enzyme effect tends to be milder than St. John's wort's other interactions, and the evidence here is moderate, not rock solid. Still, before you pair them, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor so you don't lose the relief you're counting on.
