The aspirin half of your Lortab ASA already thins the blood a bit by making platelets less sticky. Here's the concern: when sweet vernal grass dries out and spoils, it can form a compound called dicoumarol, which acts like a blood thinner. Pairing that with aspirin could, in theory, stack two blood-thinning effects on top of each other. That might mean easier bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding that's slower to stop.

I want to be honest about the evidence here. This worry is based mostly on animal cases and pharmacology, not solid human studies, so the real-world risk is likely small. Still, if you take aspirin regularly, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before using sweet vernal grass supplements.
