Here's the gist for tenecteplase (TNKase): it's a powerful clot-busting drug given in the hospital during emergencies like a heart attack, and its biggest risk is bleeding. Sweet Vernal Grass, when dried into hay, can form a compound called dicoumarol that has blood-thinning activity. The worry is simple addition: a blood thinner stacked on top of an already strong clot-buster could raise the chance of serious bleeding, including bruising, oozing, or bleeding that's hard to stop.

That said, this concern is theoretical and based mostly on animal observations, not human studies. Tenecteplase is also a one-time emergency drug your medical team controls closely. If you ever take this supplement, just mention it to your doctor or pharmacist so they have the full picture.
