Simvastatin, Sitagliptin falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Terminalia Bellirica interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of Terminalia bellirica with antidiabetes drugs could affect blood sugar control and increase the risk of hypoglycemia.
Animal research suggests that Terminalia bellirica fruit extract, alone or in combination with Terminalia chebula and Indian gooseberry, has hypoglycemic effects. This activity has not been shown in humans.

Juvisync is a combo pill that pairs sitagliptin (which helps lower your blood sugar) with simvastatin (a cholesterol medicine). The piece that matters here is the sitagliptin side. In animal studies, Terminalia bellirica showed a mild blood-sugar-lowering effect of its own. So if you stack it on top of your diabetes medicine, the worry is that the two could add up and push your sugar too low.

This is only a theory based on lab and animal work, not something proven in people, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, it's worth knowing the signs of low blood sugar: shakiness, sweating, dizziness, or feeling suddenly hungry or confused. If you'd like to try this supplement, check in with your pharmacist or doctor first, and keep an eye on your readings.
