Aspirin, Caffeine falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Tocotrienols interacts with.

Concomitant use of tocotrienols with anticoagulant or antiplatelet agents might increase the risk of bleeding. However, this has not been reported in humans.
Taking tocotrienols orally inhibits experimentally-induced platelet aggregation in humans. Theoretically tocotrienols might increase the risk of bleeding if taken with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs. However, tocotrienols 400-800 mg daily have been used with aspirin and/or clopidogrel for 1 year with no clear cumulative antiplatelet effects and no reports of bleeding.

Here's the gist with this combo: the aspirin in Anacin already makes your platelets less sticky, which is exactly how it prevents clots. Tocotrienols, a form of vitamin E, seem to gently nudge platelets in that same direction. Stack the two and, in theory, you could bruise a little easier or take longer to stop bleeding from a small cut. The caffeine part isn't really involved here.

The reassuring news: this is mostly a paper concern. In a year-long study, people took 400 to 800 mg of tocotrienols daily right alongside aspirin and saw no extra bleeding. So the risk is rated minor and unlikely. Still, if you take aspirin regularly, mention the tocotrienols to your pharmacist before starting them, especially if you notice unusual bruising.
