Insulin Aspart, Insulin Degludec falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Winter Cherry interacts with.

In animal diabetic models, winter cherry extract decreases blood glucose. This effect has not been shown in humans. Theoretically, winter cherry might have additive effects with antidiabetes drugs and increase the risk of hypoglycemia.
Some antidiabetes drugs include glimepiride (Amaryl), glyburide (Diabeta, Glynase PresTab, Micronase), insulin, pioglitazone (Actos), rosiglitazone (Avandia), and others.

Ryzodeg combines two insulins (aspart for mealtime coverage and degludec for steady, long-acting control), and both work by lowering your blood sugar. Winter Cherry (ashwagandha) may have its own mild blood-sugar-lowering effect. So the concern here is simple: stacking the two together could push your glucose down a little further than expected, raising the chance of hypoglycemia. Watch for shakiness, sweating, dizziness, a racing heart, confusion, or sudden hunger.

I'd keep this in perspective, though. This is a theoretical worry based mainly on animal studies, and the glucose-lowering effect hasn't been clearly shown in people. If you decide to use ashwagandha, check your blood sugar a bit more often at first and let your pharmacist or doctor know so your insulin can be monitored.
