Two of the 107 ingredients on file rate major: lily-of-the-valley, whose cardiac glycosides become more toxic when prolonged steroid use depletes potassium, and St. John's wort, which can speed the drug's transport out of the body and weaken its effect. Those two are worth understanding before anything on the moderate list.
Of the remaining entries, 95 rate moderate and 10 minor, and a clear pattern runs through them.
