This product contains 3 active ingredients: inositol, choline, and para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA). Inositol is a naturally occurring compound that plays a role in cell signaling and has been studied for conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome and metabolic syndrome.
Choline is an essential nutrient involved in brain function and liver health. We hold no detailed information on PABA's role in this formulation.

Moderate evidence
Inositol shows possibly effective evidence for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), metabolic syndrome, and preterm labor, though the evidence is limited. For anxiety, diabetic neuropathy, and depression, the research suggests it's possibly ineffective.
Choline's effectiveness evidence is insufficient for most conditions we have data on, including age-related cognitive decline, Alzheimer disease, and allergic rhinitis (hay fever) — which means the science isn't established enough yet to say whether it works for those uses. Athletic performance shows possibly ineffective evidence for choline.

How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Inositol is generally well tolerated at common doses, though some people experience mild digestive side effects like diarrhea, gas, and nausea. It's been studied in pregnancy but should only be used under medical supervision since safety isn't fully established.
Choline is safe in food amounts, but high-dose supplements can cause problems and have a daily upper limit of 3.5 grams. Above that, you may notice a fishy body odor, and at very high doses (9 grams or more), diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and sweating have been reported.
Choline is likely safe in pregnancy and lactation, but prenatal or supplement doses should be guided by your doctor since needs are higher during breastfeeding.

Theoretically, taking inositol with antidiabetes drugs might increase the risk of hypoglycemia.
Clinical research shows that inositol lowers blood glucose levels and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels in patients with diabetes.
Choline
Atropine
Theoretically, choline might decrease the effects of atropine in the brain.
Animal research shows that administering choline one hour before administering atropine can attenuate atropine-induced decreases in brain levels of acetylcholine. Theoretically, concomitant use of choline and atropine may decrease the effects of atropine.
