Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Full disclosure
Nature's Bounty CoQ-10 Gummies contain one active ingredient: coenzyme Q10 at 200 mg per serving. Coenzyme Q10 (also called CoQ10 or ubiquinone) is a compound your body makes naturally and stores in cells to help with energy production and protect against oxidative stress.
The inactive ingredients are corn syrup, sugar, rice bran oil, gelatin, citric acid, natural flavors, pectin, sunflower lecithin, and vegetable oil — standard gummy ingredients.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
Coenzyme Q10 is rated Likely Effective for treating coenzyme Q10 deficiency. It's rated Possibly Effective for fibromyalgia, migraine headache, congestive heart failure (CHF), and diabetic neuropathy — meaning the evidence supports a benefit, but more research would strengthen that confidence.
The data we hold doesn't establish effectiveness for other uses.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Coenzyme Q10 is generally well tolerated by most adults when used as directed. In clinical studies, no serious adverse effects have been reported.
The most common side effects are gastrointestinal — appetite suppression, diarrhea, stomach discomfort, heartburn, nausea, and vomiting — though these occur in less than 1% of people and can often be reduced by splitting doses above 100 mg. Headache, dizziness, insomnia, and skin itching or allergic rash have been reported rarely.
There isn't enough reliable safety data for use during pregnancy, so it's best to avoid unless your doctor advises otherwise. Safety data for breastfeeding hasn't been well studied — talk with your doctor or pharmacist before using while breastfeeding.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Check your exact medications if you take warfarin or other blood thinners — coenzyme Q10 may reduce their effectiveness (Moderate severity). Also double-check if you're on chemotherapy drugs like cyclophosphamide, as the supplement might interfere with how they work (Moderate).
If you take blood pressure medications, mention this supplement so your doctor can monitor for additive effects (Minor).
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with some supporting evidence for its stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
CoQ-10 Gummies work well for CoQ10 deficiency and may help with migraine, heart failure, and nerve pain from diabetes. If you take warfarin, chemotherapy, or blood pressure medications, check with your pharmacist first — these interactions matter.

For each ingredient in CoQ-10 Gummies 200 mg Peach Mango Flavored Gummies with known interactions, here are the types of medications it can affect. Open any type for the detail — or search your exact drug in the checker above.
Coenzyme Q-10
Alkylating Agents
Coenzyme Q10 has antioxidant effects. Theoretically, this may reduce the activity of chemotherapy drugs that generate free radicals.
Theoretically, antioxidants such as coenzyme Q10 might protect tumor cells from chemotherapeutic agents that work by inducing oxidative stress, such as alkylating agents (e.g., cyclophosphamide) and radiation therapy. The clinical importance of this interaction is unknown.
Warfarin (Coumadin)
Coenzyme Q10 is chemically similar to menaquinone and might have vitamin K-like procoagulant effects, which could decrease the effects of warfarin.
Concomitant use of coenzyme Q10 and warfarin might reduce the anticoagulant effects of warfarin. Four cases of decreased warfarin efficacy thought to be due to coenzyme Q10 have been reported. However, there is some preliminary clinical research that suggests coenzyme Q10 might not significantly decrease the effects of warfarin in patients who have a stable INR.
Antihypertensive Drugs
Theoretically, coenzyme Q10 might have additive effects with antihypertensive drugs.
Some clinical research shows that coenzyme Q10 can significantly lower blood pressure, although other studies have shown conflicting results.
