Do not exceed 3 capsules in a 24 hour period. Always follow with proper post cycle. Do not exceed 8 weeks of continuous use. WARNING: Consult with a licensed physician before using this product. Do not take this product if you have prostate hypertophy, liver disease, kidney or heart disease. This product should not be taken by women.

Epistane is an anabolic androgenic steroid, and more specifically a 17-alpha-alkylated androgen. Therefore, there is concern that epistane has hepatotoxic effects. Also, epistane is structurally similar to epitiostanol, which has been associated with hepatotixicity in a case series of four patients.
