Hydrocodone, Pseudoephedrine, Chlorpheniramine falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Adrue interacts with.

Animal research suggests that taking adrue in combination with sodium thiopental or diazepam increases total sleep time up to four-fold compared to the effects of the drugs alone. Theoretically, concomitant use of adrue with CNS depressants might cause additive sedation. Some CNS depressants include benzodiazepines, such as diazepam (Valium), alprazolam (Xanax), triazolam (Halcion), and estazolam (ProSom); barbiturates, such as mephobarbital (Mebaral), phenobarbital (Luminal Sodium), and pentobarbital sodium (Nembutal); zolpidem (Ambien); and others.

Here's what I'd keep in mind with Zutripro. This combo product already has two ingredients that can make you drowsy: hydrocodone (an opioid cough/pain medicine) and chlorpheniramine (a sedating antihistamine). Adrue has been studied mostly in animals, where it seemed to deepen and lengthen sleep when paired with sedating drugs. So the concern here is simple addition: stacking adrue on top could leave you more sleepy, foggy, dizzy, or unsteady than usual, and in theory could slow your breathing.

This is theoretical and based on lab and animal data, not human trials, so I don't want to alarm you. Still, since Zutripro is already sedating, I'd run this past your pharmacist or doctor before combining the two.
