Benserazide, Levodopa falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Biofeedback interacts with.

There is some concern that electroencephalogram (EEG) biofeedback might lower the seizure threshold in some patients. Theoretically, combining EEG biofeedback with seizure threshold-lowering drugs might increase the risk of seizure.
Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Here's the short version: the concern on file isn't about a chemical clash. It's about EEG biofeedback, a specific type of biofeedback that trains brainwave patterns. There's some thought that it could slightly lower the seizure threshold in certain people, and levodopa with benserazide (Prolopa, Madopar) can do the same. Stacking the two together, in theory, might make a seizure a bit more likely.

I want to keep this in perspective. The evidence here is weak and mostly theoretical, and seizures are not a common problem for people taking this Parkinson's medication. Most folks using relaxation-style biofeedback won't be affected at all. Still, if you have a history of seizures or are doing EEG-based training, it's worth a quick chat with your neurologist or pharmacist before starting.
