Etonogestrel, Ethinyl Estradiol falls under ETHINYL ESTRADIOL — the group Blond Psyllium interacts with.

Theoretically, taking blond psyllium at the same time as ethinyl estradiol might alter levels of estradiol.
Concurrent use of blond psyllium with ethinyl estradiol results in a slight increase in the extent of ethinyl estradiol absorption and a slower rate of absorption. However, this is unlikely to be clinically significant.

Good news here: the combination of blond psyllium and your NuvaRing (which delivers etonogestrel plus ethinyl estradiol) is considered a very minor concern. The thought is that psyllium's gel-like fiber might slightly change how much ethinyl estradiol your body absorbs and slow that absorption down a touch. Interestingly, the data point toward a small increase in absorption, not a drop, so this isn't likely to weaken your birth control.

Keep in mind this is based only on lab-style data, and the real-world effect is expected to be tiny. Because the ring is absorbed through the vaginal wall rather than swallowed, oral fiber has even less reason to interfere. Take your fiber with plenty of water and use it as needed.
