Nadroparin falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Borage interacts with.

Theoretically, borage seed oil may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
In healthy individuals, borage seed oil supplementation does not seem to affect platelet aggregation. However, gamma-linolenic acid, a constituent of borage seed oil, seems to decrease platelet aggregation by 45% and increase the risk of bleeding by 40% in animal and clinical research.

Nadroparin (Fraxiparine) is a low-molecular-weight heparin, which is a blood thinner doctors use to prevent and treat clots. Borage seed oil contains GLA, and some research suggests it can make your platelets a bit less sticky, which on its own might slightly raise bleeding risk. Stacked on top of a blood thinner like nadroparin, the worry is that the two together could push your bleeding risk higher.

To be fair, this is mostly theoretical and based on lower-quality studies, and in healthy people borage didn't clearly change clotting. Still, watch for easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or unusual blood in your urine or stool. Please don't start or stop either one on your own. Check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
