Oxprenolol falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Bridelia interacts with.

Animal research suggests that Bridelia extracts decrease arterial pressure. Theoretically, concomitant use of Bridelia with antihypertensive drugs might have additive blood pressure lowering effects.
Some antihypertensive drugs include nifedipine (Adalat, Procardia), verapamil (Calan, Isoptin, Verelan), diltiazem (Cardizem), isradipine (DynaCirc), felodipine (Plendil), amlodipine (Norvasc), and others.

Oxprenolol is a beta-blocker that lowers your blood pressure and slows your heart rate. The concern here is simple: in animal studies, Bridelia extracts also brought blood pressure down. So if you pair the two, their effects could stack on top of each other and push your numbers lower than intended.

What might that feel like? Things like dizziness, lightheadedness when you stand up, tiredness, or a heart rate that runs slower than usual. I'll be honest with you, though: this is a theoretical concern based mostly on lab and animal work, not solid human studies, so it may never cause a problem for you. Still, before you add Bridelia, check in with your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on your blood pressure.
