Pindolol falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Bridelia interacts with.

Animal research suggests that Bridelia extracts decrease arterial pressure. Theoretically, concomitant use of Bridelia with antihypertensive drugs might have additive blood pressure lowering effects.
Some antihypertensive drugs include nifedipine (Adalat, Procardia), verapamil (Calan, Isoptin, Verelan), diltiazem (Cardizem), isradipine (DynaCirc), felodipine (Plendil), amlodipine (Norvasc), and others.

Here's the gist: Pindolol already works to lower your blood pressure, and Bridelia may nudge it down a little further. In animal studies, Bridelia extracts lowered arterial pressure, so taking the two together could stack their effects. I want to be upfront, though, that this is a theoretical concern based on lab and animal work, not solid human studies, so it may not amount to much for most people.

If your pressure does drop too low, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, tired, or notice your heartbeat slowing down, especially when you stand up. None of this means you should stop either one. Just check in with your pharmacist or doctor before adding Bridelia, and keep an eye on your blood pressure if you do.
