Theoretically, combining Bulbine natalensis leaf with drugs that have anticoagulant or antiplatelet activity might increase the risk of bruising and bleeding.
In vitro research shows that Bulbine natalensis ground leaf extract inhibits platelet aggregation.

Here's the thing with Micrainin: it's a combo of aspirin and meprobamate, and the aspirin part is what matters here. Aspirin already thins your blood by keeping platelets from clumping together, which is exactly why it can cause bruising or bleeding. In lab (test tube) studies, Bulbine natalensis seems to slow platelet clumping too. So stacking the two could, in theory, add up and make bleeding a bit more likely.

This is a theoretical concern only, based on lab work and not on real people, so I don't want you to panic. Still, keep an eye out for easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or cuts that are slow to stop. Bulbine also raises liver and kidney questions, so please run this past your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
