Chlordiazepoxide, Clidinium Bromide falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Bulbine Natalensis interacts with.

Theoretically, Bulbine natalensis stem might reduce the levels and clinical effects of CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro research shows that Bulbine natalensis stem extract slightly induces CYP1A2 mRNA expression and enzyme activity. Theoretically, this may increase the metabolism of CYP1A2 substrates; however, this has not been studied in humans.

Here's the gist for Librax (chlordiazepoxide plus clidinium). The chlordiazepoxide part is partly handled by a liver enzyme called CYP1A2. In lab dishes, Bulbine natalensis appeared to speed up that enzyme a little. If that held true in people, your body might clear the chlordiazepoxide faster, which could make it work less well. That might show up as more anxiety or weaker control of your gut symptoms.

I want to be honest about how thin this evidence is. It comes only from cell studies, not from real patients, so we truly don't know if it matters day to day. Given that Bulbine also has animal-based liver and kidney concerns, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining the two.

Chlordiazepoxide and clidinium capsules are used to help control both the physical and emotional factors involved in gastrointestinal (digestive) disorders. This includes use as add-on therapy for peptic ulcer, irritable bowel syndrome (also called irritable colon, spastic colon, or mucous colitis), and acute enterocolitis (sudden inflammation of the intestines).

Librax is one brand available in capsule form and is approved for the same set of gastrointestinal uses.
