Hydrochlorothiazide, Propranolol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Bulbine Natalensis interacts with.

Theoretically, Bulbine natalensis stem might reduce the levels and clinical effects of CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro research shows that Bulbine natalensis stem extract slightly induces CYP1A2 mRNA expression and enzyme activity. Theoretically, this may increase the metabolism of CYP1A2 substrates; however, this has not been studied in humans.

Here's the gist for your Inderide combo: the propranolol part is partly cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP1A2. In lab dishes, Bulbine natalensis seems to speed that enzyme up a little. In theory, that could move propranolol out of your body faster and make it work less well, so your blood pressure or heart rate might creep back up. The hydrochlorothiazide piece isn't really affected here.

I want to be honest though, this is only test-tube data, with nothing studied in real people, so it may not matter at all. What worries me more is that Bulbine itself has raised liver and kidney concerns in animals. Please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before trying it, and don't change your blood pressure medicine on your own.
