Here's the simple version: Kazano combines two diabetes medicines, alogliptin and metformin, that work together to lower your blood sugar. Some animal and lab studies hint that cabbage itself may nudge blood sugar down a little too. So in theory, eating a lot of cabbage on top of your medication could add up and push your sugar lower than expected.

I want to be honest, though. This is a theoretical concern based on early research, not strong human studies. Cabbage as a normal part of meals is very unlikely to cause a problem. If you start taking concentrated cabbage extracts or eating unusually large amounts, just watch for low blood sugar signs like shakiness, sweating, dizziness, or confusion, and check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
