Testosterone Enanthate falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Camphor interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of camphor with other hepatotoxic drugs might increase the risk of liver damage.
There have been a few case reports of transient elevations in liver enzymes in adults after oral or topical use of camphor. There has also been one case of hepatotoxicity in an infant after topical camphor use.

Here's the gist: both camphor and injectable testosterone (Xyosted) can, in some people, put a little extra stress on the liver. Testosterone given by injection is usually gentler on the liver than the older oral forms, but it can still nudge liver enzymes up over time. The worry with stacking camphor on top is mostly theoretical, based on how each one behaves rather than on solid studies in people. We've only seen a handful of case reports where camphor caused short-lived bumps in liver enzymes.

For most folks using a rub-on camphor product as directed on the skin, the amount absorbed is small and unlikely to cause trouble. Never swallow camphor, and don't slather it on broken skin. If you notice yellowing eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness, check in with your pharmacist or doctor.

Camphor is a strong-smelling compound from the camphor tree (or made synthetically) that is used in many topical rub-on products for muscle aches, itching, and chest congestion. It can be helpful for these uses when applied to the skin in small, regulated amounts, but it is toxic and potentially deadly if swallowed, so it should never be taken by mouth. About Testosterone Injection

What Is Testosterone Injection Used For?

Brand name: Xyosted

Testosterone injection is primarily used in men whose bodies do not produce enough testosterone on their own — a condition called hypogonadism. This includes primary hypogonadism (a problem with the testicles themselves, such as from injury, infection, or surgery) and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (caused by problems in the brain's hormone signaling from the hypothalamus or pituitary gland). It is also used to stimulate puberty in carefully selected adolescent males with clearly delayed puberty who have not responded to other support.

Testosterone Enanthate Injection is also approved for use in women with advanced, inoperable metastatic breast cancer (specifically skeletal metastases) who are one to five years past menopause, or in premenopausal women with hormone-responsive breast cancer who have had their ovaries removed. This use should be directed by an oncologist. Aveed (testosterone undecanoate) is specifically approved for male hypogonadism only.
