Berotralstat Hydrochloride falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) INHIBITORS — the group Cannabinol (cbn) interacts with.

Theoretically, CYP3A4 inhibitors might increase the levels and clinical effects of cannabinol.
In vitro research shows that CYP3A4 enzymes are involved in the 8-hydroxylation of cannabinol. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for Orladeyo (berotralstat), which you take to prevent hereditary angioedema attacks. Berotralstat can act as a mild blocker of a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Lab research suggests that same enzyme helps break down CBN. So in theory, taking berotralstat could slow the clearance of CBN, letting it build up a little and make its effects (like drowsiness, grogginess, or dizziness) stronger or last longer.

I want to be honest that this is theoretical and based only on test-tube studies. It has not been reported in real people, so the actual risk is uncertain. The interaction goes toward more CBN effect, not less berotralstat. Before adding any CBN product, check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
