Here's the thing to understand: in this pairing, it's your Diane-35 (cyproterone acetate with ethinyl estradiol) affecting the CBN, not the other way around. Both hormones in this pill can mildly block a liver enzyme called CYP3A4, and lab studies suggest that same enzyme helps break down cannabinol. So in theory, taking them together could let CBN build up a bit, making its effects (like extra drowsiness or grogginess) stronger than expected.

I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. It comes only from test-tube and lab work, and it has never actually been reported in real people. Your birth control's effectiveness shouldn't change here. Still, since cannabis products vary so much, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding CBN.
