Viloxazine Hydrochloride falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) INHIBITORS — the group Cannabinol (cbn) interacts with.

Theoretically, CYP3A4 inhibitors might increase the levels and clinical effects of cannabinol.
In vitro research shows that CYP3A4 enzymes are involved in the 8-hydroxylation of cannabinol. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for this pairing: viloxazine (Qelbreen) can act as a mild blocker of a liver enzyme called CYP3A4, and lab studies suggest that same enzyme helps break down CBN. So in theory, taking them together could let CBN build up a bit and feel a little stronger or longer-lasting than expected. The flow goes one way here, viloxazine may raise CBN levels, not the other way around.

I want to be clear that this is only seen in test-tube research, not in actual people, so the real-world risk is uncertain and likely small. If CBN does pile up, you might notice more drowsiness, grogginess, or dizziness, which can add to viloxazine's own tiredness. Since CBN comes from cannabis and product quality varies, please run this by your pharmacist or doctor first.
