Trovafloxacin falls under PHOTOSENSITIZING DRUGS — the group Chlorella interacts with.

Theoretically, chlorella might have additive effects with photosensitizing drugs.
Chlorella has been reported to cause photosensitization. In five case reports, patients who had ingested chlorella exhibited swelling followed by erythematopurpuric lesions on sun-exposed areas of the body. Theoretically, concomitant use with photosensitizing drugs may exacerbate effects.

Here's the gist with Trovafloxacin and chlorella. Trovafloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, and like others in its family, it can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. That means you may sunburn faster or break out in a rash on sun-exposed skin. Chlorella, in a handful of case reports, has done something similar, causing swelling and reddish-purple spots after sun exposure.

So the concern here is simply that the two together might add up and make your skin react more strongly to the sun. This is theory-based, not proven, so I wouldn't panic. To be safe, use sunscreen, cover up, and limit midday sun while you're on this antibiotic. Run it by your pharmacist or doctor if you have questions.
