First things first: I really don't want you taking European mandrake at all. It's a genuinely poisonous plant, and there's no safe, proven use for it. So this isn't a 'fine in small doses' situation.

Here's the theory behind the interaction with cycloserine (Seromycin), your TB medicine. Mandrake's tropane alkaloids slow down how fast your gut moves things along. When the gut slows, a pill like cycloserine can sit there longer and get absorbed more fully, so more of it may reach your bloodstream. With cycloserine, higher levels can mean more of its known side effects, things like headache, dizziness, confusion, mood changes, or even seizures. This is theoretical, based on how the drugs work, not proven in people, but please don't combine them. Talk with your pharmacist or doctor first.
