European Mandrake + Methamphetamine
Methamphetamine brand name: Desoxyn.
European Mandrake has a moderate interaction with Methamphetamine. Theoretically, concurrent use might increase absorption of some drugs because of inhibited gastrointestinal (GI) motility caused by European mandrake.

ORAL DRUGS
Why this applies to Methamphetamine
Methamphetamine falls under ORAL DRUGS — the group European Mandrake interacts with.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
First things first: European mandrake is a genuinely toxic plant, and I would steer you away from it entirely. Putting that aside, here is the theory behind this pairing. Mandrake's tropane alkaloids (atropine-like compounds) slow down how fast your stomach and gut move things along. When your gut empties more slowly, a swallowed tablet like Desoxyn (methamphetamine) can sit and absorb more completely, which may nudge its levels up a bit.
Methamphetamine is an active stimulant, not a prodrug, so more absorption could mean stronger stimulant effects: a faster or pounding heart, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, and appetite loss. This concern is theoretical and based on how these drugs work, not on real-world reports. Still, never start, stop, or change anything on your own. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor.

European mandrake is a highly toxic plant from the nightshade family that was used in ancient and medieval times as a sedative and pain reliever.
