Ibrexafungerp Citrate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Evodia interacts with.

Theoretically, evodia might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that evodia extract inhibits hepatic CYP3A4. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist: your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to clear ibrexafungerp (Brexafemme) out of your system. In lab dishes, evodia has been shown to slow that same enzyme down. If that were to happen in people, ibrexafungerp could build up a bit higher than usual, which might mean more of its typical side effects, things like nausea, diarrhea, stomach upset, or dizziness.

The honest part: this is only seen in test-tube research, not in actual patients, so it's more of a theoretical concern than a proven problem. Ibrexafungerp is also usually a short course, which limits the risk. Still, before pairing evodia with it, run it past your pharmacist or doctor so you're covered.
