Telmisartan, Amlodipine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Evodia interacts with.

Theoretically, evodia might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that evodia extract inhibits hepatic CYP3A4. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist with Twynsta (telmisartan plus amlodipine): the amlodipine half is cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In test tube studies, evodia seems to slow that enzyme down. If that held true in people, amlodipine could build up a bit and push its effects harder, meaning you might see more dizziness, flushing, headache, swollen ankles, or a blood pressure that dips lower than expected. Telmisartan itself isn't much affected by this enzyme.

The important part: this is only lab and theory right now, and it has never actually been reported in humans. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but since both work on your blood pressure, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
