Aspirin, Caffeine, Codeine Phosphate falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Fenugreek interacts with.

Theoretically, fenugreek might have additive effects when used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Some of the constituents in fenugreek have antiplatelet effects in animal and in vitro research. However, common fenugreek products might not contain sufficient concentrations of these constituents for clinical effects. A clinical study in patients with coronary artery disease or diabetes shows that taking fenugreek seed powder 2.5 grams twice daily for 3 months does not affect platelet aggregation, fibrinolytic activity, or fibrinogen levels .

Here's the piece worth knowing about this one: your combo pill contains aspirin, which thins the blood a bit by keeping platelets from clumping. Fenugreek has compounds that, at least in lab and animal studies, may do something similar. Stacked together, the theory is they could add up and make bleeding or bruising a little more likely.

In real life, though, this is mostly a paper concern. A study in actual patients taking fenugreek seed powder twice daily for three months saw no real change in how platelets behaved. The pinch of fenugreek in cooking is a non-issue. If you take concentrated fenugreek supplements regularly, just mention it to your pharmacist, especially if you notice easy bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding gums.
