Here's the thing to keep in mind with Trulicity (dulaglutide) and fenugreek: both can lower your blood sugar, so taking them together can push your numbers down further than either one alone. This isn't about fenugreek changing how your body breaks down dulaglutide. It's simply two blood-sugar-lowering effects stacking on top of each other.

Some studies in people with type 2 diabetes show fenugreek seed can meaningfully drop fasting and after-meal glucose, so this is a real, fairly likely effect, not just a theory. Watch for signs of low blood sugar like shakiness, sweating, dizziness, or feeling foggy. A pinch of fenugreek in cooking is unlikely to matter, but concentrated supplement doses are where it adds up. Please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.

What Is Dulaglutide Injection Used For?

Brand name: Trulicity

Trulicity (dulaglutide) injection is used alongside diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults and children 10 years and older with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is not for type 1 diabetes.

Trulicity is also used in adults with type 2 diabetes who have established cardiovascular disease or multiple cardiovascular risk factors to lower the risk of major heart events — specifically cardiovascular death, non-fatal heart attack, or non-fatal stroke.
