Here's the thing to keep in mind with Zutripro: two of its ingredients, the hydrocodone (an opioid cough suppressant) and the chlorpheniramine (a sedating antihistamine), can already make you drowsy on their own. Galphimia glauca appears to have its own calming, sedative effect based on lab and animal research. Stack them together and you could feel extra sleepy, foggy, or lightheaded, and in larger combinations, opioids can slow your breathing.

To be fair, this concern is theoretical and comes from how these things work in the body, not from strong human studies. Still, since drowsiness adds up, it's worth running this combo past your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them, especially before driving.
