Fish Oil Triglycerides falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Goldenseal interacts with.

Theoretically, goldenseal might increase the risk of bleeding when used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Goldenseal contains berberine. In vitro and animal research shows that berberine can inhibit platelet aggregation. However, this effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for combining goldenseal with Fish Oil Triglycerides (Omegaven). Fish oil itself can make platelets a little less sticky, so it has a mild blood-thinning quality at higher doses. Goldenseal contains berberine, which in lab dishes and animal studies also seems to slow platelets down. Put the two together and, in theory, you might bruise a bit more easily or bleed a little longer from a cut.

The honest truth is that this is theoretical. The berberine effect hasn't actually been shown in real people, and Omegaven is usually given under medical supervision. I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but if you're also on a true blood thinner, having surgery, or notice unusual bruising, check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
