Grape + Methoxyamphetamine
Methoxyamphetamine brand name: PMA.
Grape has a moderate interaction with Methoxyamphetamine. Theoretically, grape seed extract may increase the levels of CYP2D6 substrates.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Methoxyamphetamine
Methoxyamphetamine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Grape interacts with.
In vitro evidence suggests that grape seed extract might inhibit CYP2D6 enzymes. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the basic idea. Concentrated grape seed extract has been shown, in test tube studies only, to slow down a liver enzyme called CYP2D6. Your body uses that same enzyme to break down PMA (methoxyamphetamine). If that enzyme is blocked, the drug could build up to higher levels than expected, which would mean stronger and longer-lasting effects.
I want to be honest about a couple of things. First, this is only lab evidence, and it has never been confirmed in actual people, so the real-world risk is uncertain. Second, PMA is not a medicine. It's a dangerous street drug linked to severe overheating, racing heart, dangerously high blood pressure, and death. Anything that raises its levels makes that worse. Please reach out to a doctor or pharmacist if you're concerned.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Methoxyamphetamine page
“Methoxyamphetamine (PMA) is an amphetamine that leaves very little room for error, since doses not far above the active one can turn toxic, so I read this list as a genuine warning rather than background material. The core problem is stacked stimulation.”

About Grape
What is Grape?
- Antioxidant support
- Heart and circulation health
- Vein problems (such as varicose veins)
- Eye health
- General anti-inflammatory support
Grapes and grape products like grape seed extract contain antioxidant compounds such as resveratrol and proanthocyanidins that may support heart and blood vessel health. While the food is healthy and generally safe, the supplement evidence for treating specific conditions is mostly limited or preliminary. Talk with your pharmacist or doctor before starting a grape supplement.
