Rimegepant falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Grape interacts with.

It is unclear if grape seed extract inhibits or induces CYP3A4; research is conflicting.
In vitro evidence suggests that grape seed extract might inhibit CYP3A4 enzymes. However, evidence from animal research shows that grape seed extract may induce CYP3A4 in the liver. So far, these interactions have not been reported in humans.

Here's the deal with Nurtec ODT (rimegepant) and grape seed extract. Your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to clear rimegepant out of your system. Grape seed extract might affect that enzyme, but honestly the research points in two different directions. Lab studies hint it could slow CYP3A4 down (which would let rimegepant build up, possibly causing more nausea or stomach upset), while animal studies suggest it might speed the enzyme up (which could make rimegepant work less well for your migraines).

The important thing to know is that this hasn't actually been seen in people, and it comes from test-tube and animal data only. Eating grapes is no concern at all. If you're thinking about a concentrated grape seed supplement, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
