Here's the simple version. Hexobarbital is an older barbiturate sedative, so its whole job is to calm down your central nervous system. Griffonia seed extract gives you 5-HTP, which in studies has made some people feel drowsy and sleepy. Put the two together and that's where the concern comes in: their sleepy effects could stack on top of each other.

If that happens, you might feel more groggy, foggy, or unsteady than usual, with slowed thinking or breathing in heavier cases. To be honest, this is a theoretical caution based on how both work, not something proven with hard data, so don't panic. Still, before pairing them, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
