Here's the simple version: Levorphanol is a strong opioid pain reliever, and one of its main effects is slowing down the brain and nervous system. That's what gives you the drowsiness, the foggy feeling, and slowed breathing at higher doses. Griffonia seeds supply 5-HTP, which on its own has been linked to sleepiness in studies. So the worry is that stacking the two could pile up that sedation.

I'll be honest, this concern is theoretical, based on how each one behaves rather than solid proof of a problem. Griffonia doesn't change how Levorphanol is broken down, so it's about overlapping effects, not stronger drug levels. Still, with an opioid, extra drowsiness is worth respecting. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
