Ephedrine, Hydroxyzine, Theophylline falls under STIMULANT DRUGS — the group Higenamine interacts with.

Theoretically, higenamine might increase the risk of cardiovascular toxicity when taken with stimulant drugs.
Higenamine has stimulant effects due to agonist activity at beta2-adrenoreceptors. In cardiac muscle, higenamine appears to have a positive inotropic effect and increase heart rate. However, it does not appear to increase blood pressure.

This combination medicine already contains two stimulant-type ingredients: ephedrine, which revs up the same adrenaline receptors in your heart and blood vessels, and theophylline, which can also speed the heart and make you jittery. Higenamine works on those very same beta-adrenergic receptors, so stacking it on top could pile stimulant effect on stimulant effect.

In plain terms, the worry is for your heart. Together you might notice a faster or pounding heartbeat, palpitations, nervousness, trouble sleeping, or feeling shaky. This concern is theoretical, based on how these things act rather than solid human studies, so it isn't a guarantee of harm. Still, with two heart-active drugs already on board, I'd skip the higenamine and check with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them.
