Here's the situation with Desoxyn (methamphetamine) and these beet chews. The grape seed extract in each serving might lightly slow down a liver enzyme called CYP2D6, which is one of the pathways your body uses to clear methamphetamine. In theory, if that enzyme works a little slower, more of the drug could hang around, which might mean a touch more of its usual effects like a faster heartbeat, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, higher blood pressure, or reduced appetite.

That said, I want to keep this in perspective. This is a minor, unlikely concern based only on lab studies, and it has never actually been reported in people. Methamphetamine is not a prodrug, so the worry would be slightly stronger effects, not weaker ones. Still, since this is a potent stimulant, it's worth a quick word with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
