Acenocoumarol (Sintrom) is a powerful blood thinner where the right dose sits in a very narrow window. Inositol nicotinate, the 'no-flush' niacin, is thought to have mild clot-dissolving (fibrinolytic) effects. On paper, adding it to your Sintrom could nudge your bleeding risk a little higher. That might show up as easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or in rare cases more serious bleeding.

Here's the honest part: this concern is theoretical, based on how the supplement is expected to act, not on strong human studies. Still, because Sintrom is so dose-sensitive, even small shifts matter. Please don't start or stop anything on your own. Check with your pharmacist or doctor first, and keep up with your INR checks.
