Here's the good news on this pairing: Bromfenac is an eye drop (Prolensa, BromSite) that you place right onto the eye after cataract surgery. Very little of it gets into your bloodstream, so a whole-body interaction with a supplement like inositol nicotinate is unlikely to be a big deal for most people.

The concern on file is theoretical. Inositol nicotinate (a 'no-flush' niacin) may have mild blood-thinning effects, and NSAIDs as a group can nudge bleeding risk upward. With an eye drop, the realistic thing to watch for would be a little extra redness, irritation, or slow healing at the surgical site rather than serious bleeding. Since you're recovering from eye surgery, it's worth a quick mention to your surgeon or pharmacist before combining them.
