Here's the simple version: Cangrelor (Kengreal) is a strong IV medicine given in the hospital to keep your platelets from clumping, usually during a procedure like a stent placement. It already lowers your ability to form clots on its own. The concern with inositol nicotinate (a 'no-flush' niacin product) is that it may have mild blood-thinning, clot-dissolving effects of its own, so stacking the two could nudge your bleeding risk a little higher.

I'll be honest with you though: this is a theoretical worry based on how these things work, not on real cases. Since cangrelor is given by a hospital team who watches you closely, just make sure they know about every supplement you take, including this one, so they can keep an eye on any bruising or bleeding.
