Ozanimod Hydrochloride falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C8 (CYP2C8) SUBSTRATES — the group Licorice interacts with.

Theoretically, licorice might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2C8.
In vitro, licorice extract from the species G. glabra and G. uralensis inhibits CYP2C8 isoenzymes. Theoretically, these species of licorice might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2C8; however, this interaction has not yet been reported in humans.

Here's the gist with Zeposia (ozanimod) and licorice. In a lab dish, certain licorice extracts can slow down an enzyme called CYP2C8, which is one of the pathways your body uses to help clear ozanimod. In theory, blocking that pathway could let ozanimod build up a bit more than expected, which might mean stronger effects, like a slower heart rate, higher blood pressure, or extra fatigue.

I want to be honest though: this is based only on test-tube work, and it hasn't actually been seen in real people. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Worth knowing too, regular (glycyrrhizin) licorice can raise blood pressure on its own. If you take Zeposia, just check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding a licorice supplement.
